Mindfulness for People Who Can't Sit Still

Are you interested in a meditation practice, but have trouble sitting still? This workshop is for you! Many of my clients struggle with the same thing, and the good news is, it doesn’t have to stifle your mindfulness journey. We’ll practice ways to awaken to the present moment that don’t require you to be stock still, full lotus, or perfectly zen. And, at the end, we might just see if holding still is possible (totally fine if not!). Come get your community on, enjoy some lovely people, and practice waking up.
